FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Chantel Grant RN, BSN
Chantel brings over 25 years of nursing experience with a specialized focus on emergency and infusion care. She earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 2001. Chantel spent 16 years working in a level 1 Trauma Center in Grand Rapids, MI, and has also provided contract work in over 14 different Emergency Departments across Michigan, California, and Florida. In 2002, Chantel volunteered as an auxiliary crew member with Aeromed. Since 2005, she had been a member of the US Bioservices IVIG home infusion team, serving patients across Michigan.
These diverse experiences led Chantel to open Mitten Home Infusion, a service dedicated to providing home-based infusion care for patients in Michigan. She is an active member of the Infusion Nurses Society and is deeply committed to addressing her clients’ infusion and pain management needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Chantel brings not only her extensive clinical expertise but also a personal perspective as a cancer survivor. Since 2015, she has been on her own journey to health, which has further strengthened her empathy and passion for patient care. Outside of work, Chantel enjoys attending sporting events for her three children, gardening, traveling and walking her dogs.

How long does an IV treatment take?
We specialized in fast and efficient IV therapy ranging from 30 minutes to an hour depending on your chosen treatment.
Who should not get an IV?
Those with congestive heart failure, kidney issues, abnormal vital signs or in a medical emergency.
Can we treat Hospice patients?
Absolutely, we are able to assist Hospice patients who are seeking relief through IV nutrition therapy.
Does my insurance cover IV Therapy?
While we do not take insurance for nutritional IV therapy, we do accept insurance for the NFPM program and Immunoglobulins and Biologics in the home. We are able to help get you set up with a specialty pharmacy of your choice or per your insurance requirements. We can help you with your RX you may have from your doctor. Please get in contact with us directly to help guide you. We do accept cash, check and credit.
What locations do you serve?
We service the Greater Grand Rapids area and surrounding areas up to a 30 mile radius. Special exceptions are made for longer distances for bachelor and bachelorette, wedding, home and corporation parties. We also serve people traveling to Grand Rapids area hotels for business who need an immunity boost or recharge. Please reach out to discuss.

We treat adults 18 years and older.
